Thesis is dedicated to theoretical and experimental research of psychological reasons of prospective practical psychologist's life competence formation. Psychological basis of personality life competence as psychological category at the level of psychological construct are elaborated; its procedural dynamic peculiarities and psychological mechanisms are defined, its phenomenology is described. The age interval which is sensitive for life competence formation is defined.The efficiency of technology of prospective practical psychology life competence formation in the conditions of professional education is substantiated, developed, approbated and demonstrated.
