In this dissertation it is introduced experimentative confirmation and realized clinical approbation of the new methods of surgical treatment of complicated prognostic uncondactive injuries of circumferential nerves such as direct neurotization and an end to side nerve stitch. We analyzed the results of experimentative research which was conducted on 249 animals. Experimentative results confirmed possibilities and effectiveness of direct neurotization and end to side nerve stitch. Effective treatment of this category of injuries is confirmed by the results of implementation of these methods onto 69 patients. Analysis of modern methods of diagnostic was conducted: complex ENMG-procedure, CT- and MRT-examinations, preoperative diagnostic in specification of functional state of injured nerves and in prognostication of amplitude of recovery of extermity's disrupted functions.
