Miroshnychenko S. Role of disorders of the lipid homeostasis in pathogenesis of an acute pancreatitis and methods of their correction (clinical experimental research)

The research is devoted to develop the treatment program of the patients with acute pancreatitis. The study is based on the experimental research of 96 rats, and results of the clinical treatment of 77 patients with acute pancreatitis, which were divided on the comparison group (36 patients) and the main group (41 patient). There were studied morphological changes in pancreas of the animals, biochemical values of patients and animals related with conditions of a lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system. Influence of the ?-tocopherol acetate on experimental modeling of the acute pancreatitis was analyzed. Obtained results was the background of applying the ?-tocopherol acetate in patients with acute pancreatitis.Using of antioxidants in the treatment of the acute pancreatitis allowed to decrease of postoperative complications at early postoperative period.
