Essay

The thesis represents the investigation, which has resulted in a new solution of the urgent theoretical and practical problem involving development of equipment and soft for bandwidth measurement using method and theory, algorithms and program of frequency planning. The method of frequency planning with full release of frequency band and soft for its realization were designed. For the first time spectral limiting lines for two classes of radiation F3E i F8E were built. Devices for bandwidth measurement using method have obtained further development. The performed simulations and experiments have supported reliability of the scientific statements presented in the thesis. Its results have been introduced in a number of organizations.
