Minakova T. The quality management system of educational services in specialists training for tourism enterprises

Object of research: processes of providing educational services in training of specialists for the enterprises of tourist branch. Research objective: improvement of theoretical and scientific and practical provisions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations about formation of quality management system of educational services about training of specialists for the tourist enterprises. Research methods: system method of scientific knowledge, theoretical generalization and synthesis, grouping and classification, relationship of cause and effect and historical analysis, sociological researches, expert estimates and statistical researches, correlation and regression analysis, graphic. It is offered to use an indicator of profitability of consumption of educational service for estimation of quality of educational services. The methodical tools of definition of positions of compliance of quality of educational services of higher educational institutions are offered needs of subjects of tourist activity which allows to form on the basis of feedback the administrative decisions directed on achievement of a level of quality of educational services, meeting needs of a business environment.
