Ishenko I. The system of legal regulation of social relations in the development of the state of law.

The dissertation studies the theoretical and methodological foundations of the legal regulation of social relations, determines the content of legal regulation of social relations as a subject of legal research, analyses the systematic features of legal regulation, identifies specific relationships of legal regulation with related legal concepts, as well as the major objects and subjects of the social relations legal regulation process. The author analyzes in detail the legal regulation of social relations in the formation of the state of law, which includes the study of the role of legal regulation in the functions of a modern constitutional state, the characteristic of transformations of the legal regulation subject in the interaction of law and civil society, as well as the propositions of how to improve the effectiveness of legal regulation in the state of law. It is proved that systemic regulation in a state of law reveals its contents through the formation of a complex of institutions and facilities, as well as special mechanisms that allow to guarantee the stability, fairness and legitimacy of the legal regulation at all stages.
