Zubov A. Ecological danger of territory of placing of coal mines waste dump: methods of estimation, system and algorithm of management

In dissertation the actual scientifically applied task of estimation of ecological safety of territory of coal mines waste dumps placing on the basis of exposure of conformities to the law of its contamination by the products of deflation of surface of dumps and ground of algorithm of the system of making a decision from the management of waste dumps an ecological danger was decided. As a result of the field researches the quantitative estimation of intensity of contaminating influence of waste dumps on adjoining territory as a result of process of erosion of their slopes was done, possibility of this process control by biological recultivation of waste dumps was found out. As a result of improvement of methodology of study of process of deflation on dumps conformities to the law of this process on dumps are certain, the indexes of deflation firmness of barren rock in the undisturbed state and its factions are set, the level of deflation is potentially possible are certain in the Lugansk area. On the base of theoretical researches the mathematical model of processes of wind transference of barren rock on adjoining territory was developed and spatial conformities to the law of its deposit were certain. The system of the distance evaluation of ecological danger of waste dumps and optimization of management by it at the use of dumps as structural elements of regional ecological network were developed.
