3. The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of radiodiagnostics of chemical burns of the esophagus and its complications in adults. According to the results obtained it was established that the greatest number of patients were aged 36 to 59 years (62.4 %), predominantly male (44.1 %). Аt a young age prevailed subcompensated degree of obstruction (63.1%), in middle age - subcompensated and decompensated (32.7% and 36.2%, respectively) in the elderly and old age - significant differences in the the severity of has been noted. The defeat of esophageal acid is mainly formed stricture length from 6 to 10 cm (64.7 % ), with smooth contours (97.1 %), the main entrance to the stricture (97.1 %), low prestenotic extension (85, 3 %) and thickening of the folds of the mucous membrane (82.4 %), and under the influence of the esophagus alkali formed stricture length of more than 10 cm (61.8 %), with irregular contours (100 %), an eccentric entrance to the stricture (97.1 %), moderate prestenotic expansion (64.7 %) and smoothed folds of mucous membrane (79.4 %). As with acids, alkalis and most often occurs subcompensated (47.1 % and 41.2 %, respectively) and decompensated degree of obstruction (26.6 % and 29.4 % respectively). Males predominated subcompensated obstruction (50.8 %), women - decompensated (42.8 %). Advanced clinical and radiographic classification has helped to clarify the indications for treatment of various types of post-burn strictures of the esophagus. The proposed method of radiologic diagnosis of esophageal defects using blocks a "primary" and "accurate" increased the diagnostic accuracy of X-ray of 1.5. In applying endosurgical treatments at 48.1 % of patients achieved excellent results (reached diameter - more than 1 cm), 33 % - a good result (achieved diameter - from 0.7 to 1 cm), in 15.1 % -satisfactory results (reached diameter - from 0.5 to 0.7 cm), in 3.8 % - poor (reached diameter - less than 0.5 cm). After reconstructive - recovery operations complications occur in 80.8 % of cases, and after the application of the methods endosurgical (vibration bougienage) in 6.4 % of cases.
