Research is devoted to the analysis of doctrinal and practical aspects of the implementation of constitutional reforms in modern states. On the example of the European Union shows methodological features of the reform of the constitution, the specific changes in the Constitution, how such changes, appropriate classification. Based on the analysis of practical experience of the constitutional reforms of the Baltic states and Poland, the necessity of a broad constitutional reform in Ukraine, to provide adequate practical implementation of provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
