Kovalev I. Local Self-Government as an Institute of Modern Ukrainian Constitutionalism

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of the local self-government as the part of the modern model of Ukrainian constitutionalism. The axiological volume, functional signs and institutional structure of modern Ukrainian constitutionalism that let to implement the coherent standards and mechanisms into the municipal processes, are shown in the work. The specialty of the ontology volume of self-government in a constitutionalism content, evolution of the coherent self-governing concept, constitutional interfering the evolution the national self-governing model are defined. The mechanisms of the implementation the international standards of local self-governing in Ukraine, perspectives the constitutional reforming and specification the program legal prohibition the local self-governing in Ukraine are analyzed.
