Pukhovskaya A. Judicial System of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (1921 - 1944) (historical and legal research)

The thesis is dedicated to a detailed analysis of the historical development of the judiciary in this country at the regional level. The issue is actual because the laws of judicial system formation have much in common with the modern legislative process in Ukraine. Due to this, it is essential to identify both the positive aspects and the problematic questions so that they could be taken into account to prevent the deformations in the process of creation of the contemporary judicial system. Providing the proper evaluation of the rules regulating interaction between the distinct branches of power, between the different levels of the judicial system, between the courts of various jurisdictions is only possible in the event of correct perception of their legal nature.
