Yurlov M. Legal modernization as a factor of influence on modern institutional structures in the globalization process

The thesis is devoted to the study of complex theoretical legal and methodological problems of the definition of legal modernization and its impact on modern institutional structures in the globalization processes. The paper discusses the theoretical and methodological, historical and legal bases of the legal modernization study of international institutions in the context of globalization, the theoretical aspects of the legal status of universal institutional structures and their activities in the world today. Upon the generalization proposed is the classification of the global problems of mankind and of globalization processes as a factor strengthening the legal modernization.
