Essay

The thesis deals with reinsurance as a form of civil contracts in Ukraine. The historical civil conditions of reinsurance are researched. The characteristic features of reinsurance civil relations in some countries and for certain categories of insured risks are analyzed. Civil formulation of classification of reinsurance contracts is realized. A civil law status of reinsurance brokers is defined.
