Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the rise of effective treatment of the children who suffer from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis by the means of optimization of the method of microecological correction on the basis of investigation of peculiarities of the clinical presentation, functional status of the gastrointestinal tract, identification of the microecological status of the bowels, general and local humoral response. It was determined, that all the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients have gut microorganisms disturbance. The gravest dysbiosis have children with the long period clinical course of rheumatic visceral fever against the background of the high activity of the general immunoinflammatory process. The deep microecological imbalance with the significant reduction of bifidus-lactoflora and associative potential- pathogenic microflora proliferation is identified with the use of methotrexate in combination with anti-inflammatory drugs. It was identified general and local humoral immunity and microecological bowels imbalance rates dependence. It was established the positive correlative connection with sIgA and perfect number of bifidus-lactoflora and the negative correlative connection with sIgA and the perfect general number of the potential- pathogenic bacterium. The efficiency of the microecological correction and the maintenance of the population stability of the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis children gut organisms which deals with inclusion of the recurring courses of domestic multiprobiotic, which furthers the amelioration of the children, decrease the indigestion, intoxicational, pain abdominal syndrome, positive changes of the microecological status and local immune respons of the bowels is scientifically given grounded and used.
