Object - patients with acute pancreatitis at different stages of the disease, purpose - to improve the surgical treatment results of patients in the acute pancreatitis at different stages of the disease by adequate correction hypermetabolism-hypermetabolic syndrome and prevention of enteric disease, and methods - clinical, laboratory and instrumental, immunological, anthropometric, statistics, results - first proposed and successfully used an original method of correcting the syndrome of hypermetabolism-hypermetabolic in complex surgical treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis proved the role of early enteral nutrition in the prevention of enteral insufficiency syndrome and endogenous bacterial translocation; the first time it is shown that in application of developed ways to correct the hypermetabolic syndrome observed favorable dynamics of thiol-disulfide antioxidant system, as well as humoral and cellular immune responsiveness indicators; proposed and applied a method of treating intestinal paresis in the acute destructive pancreatitis; first proposed and successfully applied the new mixture for early enteral feeding; branch – medicine.
