The thesis is devoted to the surgical treatment of acute venous thrombosis of the iliac-femoral segment by thrombectomy with the formation of arterio-venous fistula. The efficiency of surgical treatment of acute venous thrombosis iliac-femoral segment by thrombectomy with the formation of advanced arterio-venous fistula. On the basis of clinical and instrumental data for the first time investigated the effect of arteriovenous fistula of different diameters on the heart and regional hemodynamics. An analysis of a large number of clinical data and the comparative evaluation of treatments enhanced representation of efficiency and scientific expedience customize the operation of choice for deep-vein thrombosis in each case of the disease.
