Thesis deals with the urgent problems of surgery - the study of treatment of inguinal hernias in men. The clinical study to evaluate the state of blood circulation eggs, to determine the presence of ischemic symptoms in the body and are the rationale for early surgical intervention in this pathology. Regardless of the duration of the existence, location and type of hernia is a significant reduction in blood supply to the testicle and is accompanied by swelling of the tissue elements of the spermatic cord. Using the algorithm use in the early postoperative period lidazy electrophoresis and low-temperature laser irradiation for the prevention and correction of circulatory testicle after inguinal hernia repair can improve the blood circulation in the testis 2,8-3,4 times (p<0.05), respectively, at 65,6-60,0% of patients, compared with those who received no treatment.
