Essay

Сomparative assessment of the institutionalization of the development and implementation of gender policy in Ukraine and Russia was carried out. It is shown that simulation of the formation and transformation of national gender legislation in Ukraine and Russia reduces the whole variability of the process to two fundamentally different state strategies - rehabilitation and dismantling. Proved that for effective implementation of the gender policy, the ratio of internal impulses and external incentives must be in an equal balance.
