Object - mandibular fractures against traumatic injury of salivary glands; goal - to explore the relationship indicators cytokine status, humoral immunity and regeneration of mandible fractures in traumatic injuries of the major salivary glands; methods - biochemical, REOGRAPHICAL; Dopplerographic; Mathematics and the results - the first time an assessment of cytokine and immune status of patients with traumatic injury of the salivary glands in fractures of the mandible, first established the relationship of the functional state of major salivary glands and regeneration of bone fractures of the mandible, first obtained results by comparing the level of cytokines, which studied in serum and saliva of patients with uncomplicated mandibular fractures, first humoral immunity, cytokine levels and activity of bone isoenzyme of alkaline phosphatase studied in patients with traumatic injury of the salivary glands in fractures of the mandible in the dynamics, first the features of biochemical markers of bone formation and of salivary gland function in serum and saliva during their traumatic injuries as a result of uncomplicated fracture of the mandible.
