Essay

Object - sutures modified carbon nanotubes and antimicrobial agents; purpose - to improve the results of surgery of the abdominal cavity through the use of new surgical suture polypropylene modified carbon nanotubes and antiseptics polyhexamethyleneguanidine chloride; methods - clinical, experimental, physical, chemical, mechanical, laboratory, biochemical, microbiological, morphological, tools, statistics; results - the first time, a new surgical suture material made of polypropylene modified carbon nanotubes and biguanides group of antiseptics, the first time it is shown that due to the introduction of the surgical sutures carbon nanotubes and antiseptics biguanides group leads to an increase in strength suture material and improves dexterity properties compared to conventional sutures, revealed that a surgical suture material has highness antimicrobial activity and are able to influence an aggression factor of microorganisms, their adhesive ability, based on the abilities of the new suture material first developed new methods for prevention of intra-suppurative complications and prevent festering wound and proved the effectiveness of their use in the experiment and clinical; branch – medicine.
