Bondarenko I. Municipal Property As a Material Basis Of the Local Self-Government In Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the constitutional nature of the municipal property. According to the Constitution of Ukraine it is the material basis of the local self-government. The research contains definition and characteristics of the municipal property as of the institute of the constitutional law. The municipal property is characterized as a public property, from the point of view of the constitutional and municipal law. A lot of attention is paid to the research of the constitutional status of subjects and objects of the municipal property. The author used theoretical and practical experience to analyze the practice and models of interrelation between local self-government bodies and local bodies of executive power in the sphere of municipal property management.
