Kinko O. Social-labour relations under the conditions of system transformation of the society

The integrated research into the topical problem of the further improvement of the theoretical and methodological grounds and development of scientific and practical recommendations targeted at creating and developing social-labour relations under the conditions of society system transformation is conducted. The modern role and functions of labour is identified, the evolution of socialization of labour relations and theoretical and methodological ideas connected to them are studied. The concept of labour relation socialization under the conditions of economic system transformation in Ukraine is developed, the methodological principles of formation of labour relations are identified, their cognitive and category base tools being further improved. The purposefulness of using institutional approach to researching into labour relations is grounded, the typology of institutions of their socialization being developed. The economic and institutional factors of labour employment transformation are brought into system, the nature of the modern economic exploitation is studied alongside with its premises and ways of its overcoming. The principles of the national policy of Ukraine in respect of reforming social-labour sphere are developed, the mechanism of the regional strategy of labour relation socialization is suggested. The methodological fundamentals of labour relations contracting as a tool for their socialization are further improved.
