Кulga O. Mechanism of the managing innovation capacity in the metallurgical enterprise

In the thesis was posed and solved the problem of developing theoretic-methodological and practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the management of innovation capacity in the metallurgical enterprise.The paper analyzes the problems of modern management capacity of innovation in the enterprise. Specific features of the management of innovation capacity in the metallurgical industry in the economy of Ukraine are investigated. It was developed a concept analysis of innovation capacity of enterprises, based on the application of system analysis, analysis of methodologies for evaluating innovative potential, development of information-analytical systems, which allows to improve the efficiency of the management of innovation capacity through exact operational and strategic planning for capacity development at the metallurgical enterprise.The method of estimation of innovative capacity of enterprises is improved, based on using of the comparative analysis of scenarios and the method of coefficients using dynamic modeling by J. Forrester what lets minimize the cost of predicting factors innovative capacity.An evaluation mechanism of innovative potential of the company was further developed and based on the interaction of its basic stages and their characteristics. It was worked out the mechanism of introduction of the innovative project, with and without using public funding. It is also suggested in the information support of decision-making in the management of innovation potential of the enterprise.
