With the index r> = 0,30 for caries affect the following environmental factors: the concentration of nitrite in the water - r = 0,36 (p<0,05), the iron content in the water - r = 0,30 (p<0,05) , the factor of environmental objects - soil - r = 0,36 (p<0,05), state environmental objects - soil relatively normal - r = 0,45 (p<0,05), state public water and open water - r = 0,35 (p<0,05). Several factors affect the incidence of caries have more correlation index r = 0,20. These are: turbidity - r = 0,29 (p<0,05), the copper content in the water - r = 0,23 (p<0,05), the state of water from public water - r = 0,28 (p<0,05). To reduce the risk of dental disease developed and scientific methodological approach to the study of dental hygiene diagnosis morbidity of the population living in the territory of permanent trace element endemic, scientifically grounded prevention pathology of the oral cavity.
