Essay

The thesis considers increase of treatment efficiency of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in singlet-oxygen therapy (SOT) complex treatment, and diaphragmatic-relaxation respiratory gymnastics (DRRG) on the basis of vegetative nervous system disfunction study. In 82.1% patients with COPD a hyperergic form was revealed, 17.9% patients presented with hypoergic one, depending on the primary parameters of VHR spectral analysis and clinical features. Patients with sympathicotonia are recommended SOT and DRRG as pathogenetic methods of treatment. SOT and DRRG lead to vegetative regulation, antioxidant system correction, normalization of colloid-osmotic properties of blood and condensate, lung lipid exchange, surfactant lung function and external respiration function. It was proved that selection criteria for differentiated use of SOT and DRRG may be vagosympathetic balance coefficient, coefficient of system balance of peroxidation of lipids and antioxidant defence, blood surface tension and respiratory humidity parameters.
