Essay

The aim of research to improve the efficiency of the restorative treatment of patients with the arterial hypertension with the metabolic syndrome by means of the complex use of medications, magnetic and electrosleep therapy, pneumopressing with account of clinicopathogenetic characteristics of the course of the disease. The analysis of subjective and objective symptomatology in the patients with the hypertensive disease with the metabolic syndrome has been made; the advantages of isolated and complex use of the preformed physical factors have been identified. Sustained remission after 3 months was observed in 72,5 % of the patients of the 5th groups (usage pneumopressing in combination with magnetic and electrosleep), after 6 months - in 52,5 % of the patients. Complex use of low-frequency magnetic and electrosleep therapy with pneumopressing improves the efficiency of the restorative treatment, expands the opportunities of differentiated clinicopathogenetic approaches to the treatment
