The dissertation for the scientific degree of candidate of medical Dissertation is dedicated to the increasing of the efficacy of restorative treatment of infants with dysplasia of the hip joints (DHJ). 215 patients were followed up: 147 patients had combined pathology (73 children with perinatal pathology of central nervous system and 74 children with connective tissue dysplasia) which was an aggravating factor and led to the delay in hip joint maturing and increased the duration of treatment. The usage of a low frequency magnetic therapy in the traditional treatment of children with DHJ without combined pathology contributed to the reduction of treatment duration for 1.5 - 2 months and increased efficacy of treatment. Additional inclusion of laser therapy to the treatment of children with DHJ and associated perinatal pathology of central nervous system increased the efficacy of treatment up to 16.2 % and reduced the duration of treatment for 3 months. The usage of magnetic therapy, laser therapy and sodium chloride baths on the background of traditional treatment in children with DHJ and associated connective tissue dysplasia increased the efficacy of treatment up to 15.7 % and reduced its duration for 2 months. The program of restorative treatment of infants with DHJ of the І, ІІ, ІІІ degree and combined pathology was developed, the use of which produced good results in 79.1 % of patients, reduced the number of satisfactory results up to 5.0 % and decreased the duration of treatment.
