Essay

The thesis is devoted to the urgent problem of the formation of personality-oriented motivation of students to physical education, living in different regions, taking into account the ethnic needs. The thesis analyzed the psycho-physical state of the students, identified the dominant motives, their levels, depending on region of residence and ethnic needs, determined the levels of physical fitness. The study is based on didactic principles and laws of learning. The contents of training sessions provided for system-value approach. A variety of tools and instructional techniques of physical education, aimed not only at the development of physical qualities, but also at the correction of mental and physical state of health promotion, were applied at the training sessions.
