Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of development перинатальной to a pathology at pregnant women after auxiliary reproductive technologies on the basis of studying of features of formation and a functional condition fetoplacental complex, a clinical current of pregnancy and sorts, and also working out of rational tactics of conducting pregnancy. The analysis of features of a current of pregnancy is carried out at placentary dysfunction at women after auxiliary reproductive technologies. Frequency of risk factors of formation of placentary dysfunction at pregnancy after auxiliary reproductive technologies is studied. Data which characterise criteria of forecasting of development of placentary dysfunction at pregnant women after auxiliary reproductive technologies are cited. Tactics of conducting pregnant women with placentary dysfunction after auxiliary reproductive technologies is developed. On the basis of studying of factors gestational complications possibility of the individual forecast of development of placentary dysfunction is shown. It is developed rational tactics of conducting pregnant women after auxiliary reproductive technologies for the purpose of decrease in frequency of development of placentary dysfunction.
