The dissertation investigates the problem of determination of delegated law-making as a special kind of law-making state. Analyzed the nature, characteristics and content of delegated law-making, defined the concept of delegated law-making, a variety of forms of legal work connected with the publication of a legal act of authority, according to a specially provided by Parliament or other public authorities law, while retaining control over the implementation of delegated powers of the body that made the delegation, described the principles of delegated lawmaking activity, the features of delegated law-making procedures, the classification of delegated law-making, the entity delegated lawmaking activity.
