Essay

The dessertation presents the theoretical generalization and a new solution for actual problem of modern obstetrics - improved efficiency for prediction of severe pre-eclampsia by developing an algorithm for prediction and prevention of this complication based on studies of genetic forms of thrombophilia. Application of the algorithm, which is based on determining the level of homocystein and genotypes program of folat cycle, dynamic antenatal care pregnant women at risk, reduces the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications (reduce the incidence of severe PE by 5 times, the frequency of early delivery - by 3.3 times, fold improvement in neonatal by 2.25 times).
