Essay

The dissertation contains the complex analysis of theoretical and practical problems related to research of one of participation forms which is commission of crime in previous conspiracy by a group of persons. An origin, forming, subsequent development of group crime commission forms have been probed in the research process. Special attention have been paid to the consideration of problem issues, roles related to the functional distribution between accomplices during commission of a crime in previous conspiracy by a group of persons. On the basis of analysis of part 2 of the article 28 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
