Essay

The paper highlights the relationship between health and working capacity of women-conductors and the character of their work, the level of technical supply, etc. The peculiarities of the character and working conditions of such type of workers have been established, such as changes in the functional state of the body in the process of work, depending on the duration of the travel and the shift, work experience, type of the train and the season. Preventive measures, aimed at im proving work capacity and the effectiveness of work for women-conductors, are proposed.
