Essay

Theoretical generalization and solution of the actual problem of health protection is given in the dissertation - determination and assessment of occupational risk of professionally-conditioned diseases on enterprise on the conduct of blasting works. The system of complex prophylaxis has been developed. It is established that occupational risks for the health in workers of open mountains works is conditioned complex influence of harmful production factors: dust, physical dynamic and static loading, tension of the work, noise, unfavorable microclimate. The results of studying the health of workers on data of medical examinations prove to the high degree of connection of the exposed diseases with conditions of the work.
