Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the external interference in the modern system of international relations both in terms of evolution theory and practice of intergovernmental cooperation, as the problem of destructive factors affecting its formation and behavior of actors, requires development of new political strategies for effective management of the international system and is particularly importance in a global confrontation. In the paper the generic aspects of transformation in contemporary world politics, structured theoretical and methodological approaches to the nature of basic research methods in the context of global challenges and threats, analysis of international conflict and interference to determine their interdependence at global, regional and national levels; investigated the role of information factor destructive influence on international relations and established basic characteristics of such influence in the formation of a virtual environment; the main point of political and economic factors destructive influence and found causal relationships between potential impacts and their degree of effectiveness in international cooperation, considered destructive power factor influence and set energy policy challenges for the formation of modern architecture multipolar world.
