The thesis is devoted to the development of the method and means for accuracy of measurements evaluation in the uncertainty concept, considering modern tendencies in calculation information technologies. The development of the Monte-Carlo method with the aim of removing disadvantages of the latter was proposed. The method decreases the computing complexity and guarantees fulfillment of the accuracy of calculations requirements with certain probability. The effectiveness of the proposed method was experimentally proven. The area of the applicability of the method was researched. The criteria of the applicability for different measurements problems is proposed. Different software that realizes classical methods and proposed one was developed. The proposed method is automated regarding modern information technologies, concretely distributed computing and calculations on graphical processing unit. The analysis of calculation experiments proved that developed means allow accelerating the work of method and to obtain results of calculated measurement results accuracy in acceptable time. The results of the thesis research implemented in the practice of a number of organizations in Ukraine and abroad, including national standards of physical units uncertainty evaluation. The normative document is developed regulating the use of the proposed method.
