This paper clarifies meaning of "enterprise development", which is considered as an objective process of changing conditions and parameters of the enterprise and the "efficiency of the enterprise," as the impact of such changes, which allowed the author to evaluate the efficiency of milk processing plants offer to apply the appropriate rate.
