Pylypenko Y. Criminal legal support an abandonment in danger

The dissertation is an integrated research, dedicated to the study of criminal law against abandonment in danger. Examined in detail the objective and subjective signs of abandonment in danger and formulated proposals for amendment of the relevant changes that are necessary and relevant for today for effective criminal law to ensure against abandonment in danger in Ukraine. Attention is paid to the detailed study of skilled and qualified especially leaving the warehouses at risk and in danger of leaving the separation from other crimes against life and health of persons. The necessity of improving the penalty for leaving in danger, making it appropriate changes.
