Essay

The thesis presents the methodology and practical solution of the current problem of the formation of technical awareness of future engineers. The information and communication technologies and the most effective kinds of influence the formation of technical awareness of future engineers are eximinet. In order to identify a coherent picture of information technology in agriculture and education, the thesis focuses on the study of the information society and its influence on the development of agricultural technology. A temporal gradation of agricultural machines is proposed and the impact of computerization on improving technique is analyzed. The essence of terms "information", "information society", "professional engineer literacy" is identified. A definition of this term is proposed as, literacy, brought to public and personal-required maximum, which implies a very broad outlook of professional engineer. Criteria and indicators of technical awareness of future engineers (motivational, informational, operational and estimated) are designed, that allow to estimate the formation of technical knowledge. Method of forming appropriate technical awareness in lectures, workshops and during independent work of the student. So we invited lectures on the use of various multimedia systems: computer simulators, automated training systems, training videos, multimedia presentations, electronic textbook. These multimedia technology have enabled interested students to learn and cultivate their desire to enrich their knowledge base on agricultural machinery and systematically prepared by each class. The effectiveness of the proposed methods for the formation of technical awareness of future engineers is experimentally proven.
