There was diagnosed increasing the cancer of neck of the womb (cervix) morbidity in the women population in Kyiv, Kyiv region and Ukraine during 1999-2008. There was conducted population genetic investigation on 111 patients with the cancer of neck of the womb (cervix), 108 patients with dysplasia of neck of the womb (cervix) epithelium, 48 practically healthy women; the data on 3939 first-degree and second-degree relatives were obtained. It has been proved that oncologic diseases in pregnancy histories of patients with the cancer of neck of the womb (cervix) occur 1,8 times more frequent than of practically healthy women where there the cancer of neck of the womb is 1,5 times more frequent. In patients with the cancer of neck of the womb and dysplasia of neck of the womb (cervix) epithelium there were detected primary multiple malignant tumors and aggregation of tumors of different genesis which is related to a family cancer syndrome of type І. It was detected direct correlation between the cancer of neck of the womb and malignant tumors of the woman reproductive system organs in probands of the first-degree relationship which affords to regard such correlation as a risk factor. For introducing into clinical practice there was developed organizational and methodic principle of registering cancer families in order to systematize hereditary-induced forms of the cancer of neck of the womb.
