Zakharkiv Y. Socio-economic nature of employment is in the conditions of tranzitiv economy

In dissertation on the basis of theoretical generalizations and conducted researches it is carried out decision important scientifically applied task which consists in subsequent development teoretiko-methodical principles of research of socio-economic nature of employment in a tranzitivniy economy, and on this basis of ground of priority directions of government control of employment in modern terms. In particular, investigational evolution of scientific looks to the problem of employment of population, which enabled to generalize and systematize teoretiko-methodical principles in relation to determination of essence of category of employment of population and to formulate author determination of employment, which represents both it economic and social essence. The model of evaluation of employment is offered in the conditions of tranzitiv economy. Key factors are systematized and grounded transformations of employment, among which transformation processes in the field of propert, structural changes in an economy, activation of scientific and technical progress, deepening of integration and globalizaciynikh processes. Priority directions of government control of employment, which include an improvement normatively legal providing, proceeding in a production, providing of investment and tax liberalization, co-ordination of development of the system of education, in accordance with the necessities of labour-market are offered.
