Sanduhey V. The labor market of Ukraine in the context of globalization

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of the problems of development of the Ukrainian labor market under the influence of globalization. Analysis of the impact of globalization on the structure and development of the domestic labor market work is carried out by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the influence on the domestic labor market information and communication technologies, employment of labor migration, foreign investment in the country's economy, the creation of foreign companies on the territory of Ukraine, Ukraine's participation in international organizations, as well as integration into the European educational space. An analysis of the competitiveness of the labor market to conclude that the lack of competitiveness, which leads to more negative effects of globalization on its functioning and development. The basic directions of regulation of the labor market in order to maximize the benefits of globalization.
