Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of film structures of organic electronics based on nanoscale films of nickel and vanadyl phthalocyanine (NiPc and VOPc), including photovoltaic, bistable, sensor, and light-emitting structures. The structural, morphological, optical characteristics of NiPc and VOPc organic thin films were investigated. Was formed organic structure based on investigated thin films NiPc and VOPc including another nanoscale layers of organic and inorganic semiconductors, investigated their current-voltage, impedance characteristics. Was investigated sensetive organic structure based on NiPc with different top contacts under influence of ammonia medium. It was study thin film NiPc as hole-transport layer in organic light-emitting structure based on Alq3, as result led to increase in brightness up to 2600 kd/m2.
