The thesis is devoted to solving scientific problems - AOC, improve diagnosis by identifying the features of its symptoms in different periods of the disease and the effectiveness of surgical treatment on the ground of its blood supply and predicting intraoperative blood loss. Defined clinical features AOC: asymptomatic onset, unilateral progressive difficulty in nasal breathing, recurrent nosebleeds, mucous, mucopurulent or purulent discharge, which appear from the second month to 1 year after the onset of tumors. Common laboratory tests (blood, urine) in this period, as a rule, do not change. Angiofibroma growth, most likely, begins in the pterygopalatine fossa (63,1%). Hereafter, Tumour spreads chaotically. Impaired function of the auditory tube, independantly of the stage was rare (3,5%), as well as the facial deformation recorded in 3.5% cases at the stage 4 of disease. The degree of blood loss during AOC surgery depends on the stage of the disease. To develop quantitative methods of blood loss prediction during angiofibroma skull removal was used an algorithm developed by the author for morphometric analysis of computer-assisted tomograms (computed tomograms). So,the result of the expected intraoperative blood loss is determined by the number of operations required for blood substitutes. Found that preoperative embolization of the feeding vessels is required only at 3B and 4-th stage. Using the method of embolization disseminated at 3B and 4 stages of the process is inefficient. The developed color RGB (Red, Green, Blue) simulation allows to visualize the intensity of the blood supply in all parts of AOC which matters were separated. A developped definition of tumor blood flow and predicting intraoperative blood loss AOC could be used in different locations tumors, and in a wide range of scientific research.
