Bistric H. The legal forms of the state activity in regulation of the public relations.

The dissertation is devoted to the investigated of legal forms of the state activity in the process of public relations regulation. The author presents the complex analyzes of theoretical-and-methodological approaches in study of the legal forms of the state activity, gives the characteristic of specificity of the legal forms of the state activity as an object of modern jurisprudence, defines their role in a system of the state legal activity, proves their importance for development of the state of law, social and democratic state. The character of interrelation between the legal forms of the state activity, its essence and its functions is shown. The special attention is given to definition of classification criteria of the legal forms the state activity, and to substantiation of their system character. The concrete legal forms of state activity on the base of a material of modern lawmaking practice and state building of Ukraine are analyzed. The author formulates propositions concerning development of the legal forms of activity of the state bodies' authority in a context of genesis of Ukrainian state as a state of law.
