Podolskyi V. State of reproductive health of women with pelvic inflammatory diseases and risks of manifestation of obstetrical and perinatal violations during pregnancy among them

Work is devoted to the acute problem: improvement of the state of reproductive health of fertile aged women, which had the pelvic inflammatory diseases and decreasing of risks of development obstetrical and perinatal violations during their pregnancy. Clinical and epidemiological and sociological researches are provided in population of fertile aged women, habitants of industrial region of Ukraine. The special attention is spared to the study of katamnesis of pelvic inflammatory diseases and features of pregnancy, births, state of fetus, and newborn for women, who had these diseases. Found out parameters which characterize violation of reproductive health for women with pelvic inflammatory diseases. Revealed features of microbiocenosis of urogenital organs, state of immunity, hormonal provision of menstrual cycle, description of sexual health, and psycho-emotional state of women and morphological and functional changes in genitals. It allowed to define the new connections of pathogenesis of development of violations of reproductive health for women with this pathology. The provided researches allowed to develop mathematical models and algorithms of forecasting of found changes. Taking into account received data - was created algorithm of examination and treatment, for the women with pelvic inflammatory diseases, which showed the high efficiency.
