Research object: behavior study of fungicides in the environment and especially the impact on the body working when used in the vineyards. Methods: method of model and laboratory experiments hygienic, physico-chemical (chromatographic), organoleptic, chemical sanitary, sanitary-microbiological, physical methods, the method of mathematical modeling and statistical analysis, bibliographic method. Theoretical and practical results: conducted toxicological-hygienic assessment valifenalu and benalaxyl-M based on their toxicity and long-term effects of actions by safety classification of the studied compounds and drugs on the basis of the degree of danger reasonably acceptable daily intakes valifenal and benalaxyl-M for man justified tentatively safe exposure levels of both pesticides in the air of the working area and the air, tentatively permissible concentration in soil, the maximum permissible concentration in water, the maximum allowable level valifenal and benalaxyl-M in grapes and grape juice, calculated the risk of adverse effects of pesticides studied for those working with drugs Vallis M, wg and Fantik M, sp. The method of high performance liquid chromatography to determine valifenal and method of gas-liquid chromatography to determine benalaxyl-M in the environment and food. Scientific novelty: the first conducted a comparative assessment of toxicity and metabolism in the body of warm-blooded animals and environment objects of modern fungicides class acylalanin: benalaxyl-M, valifenal, benalaxyl, metalaxyl, metalaxyl-M, which allowed for the first time in Ukraine justify ADI valifenal and benalaxyl-M for the person, assessment of toxicity and the degree of dangerousness new substance class acylalanin - benalaxyl-M, valifenal and preparations based on them (Fantik M sp and Vallis M, wg), the peculiarities of the behavior of these substances in objects of agrocenosis planting vineyards in different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine and evaluated their ecotoxicological hazard, assessed the potential risk of adverse effects on the organism studied pesticides employed in their application for treatment of vineyards in the agricultural sector and private households. Level of inculcation: results are inculcated in 2 patents on utility model, 6 acts implement the results of the thesis in the studying process and one act of practical implementation of sanitary testing showed. Sphere of application: hygiene, agriculture, and medicine.
