120 women were observed including 90 women after hysterectomy with preservation of both ovaries (study group). The control group in this case consists of 30 healthy women with preservation of menstrual function. The thesis was the first attempt to conduct a systematic analysis of the development of mental and emotional disorders in women after hysterectomy taking into consideration hormonal, immunological, lipid profile, vascular and hemodynamic disturbances in the postoperative period. The revealed factors that prevail in the development of posthysterectomy syndrome in women in the postoperative period, allow to improve the new approaches to treatment based on etiopathogenetical disorders in women after hysterectomy. The worked up new medical diagnostic complex, which allows on the basis of more profound study the pathogenetic links of posthysterectomy syndrome and integrated clinical and immunological studies to optimize the curration of the women with the mentioned pathology and to achieve persistent clinical effect (hormonal, hemodynamic and immunological status) in 91,1% of patients, the total absence of relapse was observed in comparison with the group that received traditional therapy. This the allows us to recommend the inclusion of immunotherapy in the treatment of these complex disorders to enhance the stability of the results of treatment for this category of patients.
