Essay

Dissertation contains the data of 160 patients after mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI) investigation in the dynamics. The results allowed to extend the current views on the pathogenetic mechanisms of MTBI in acute, intermediate and distant periods, to study clinical and neurological, neuropsychological, functional, and biochemical parameters (BDNF, S100b) and their relationship. Were developed clinical-instrumental criteria for diagnosing patients after MTBI, depending on the period of injury, and optimized the treatment of such patients.
