Object - surgical treatment of patients with acute infected necrotizing pancreatitis; purpose - to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients infected with acute necrotizing pancreatitis by developing new ways to drain the retroperitoneal space through figuring topographic anatomical omental bursa and retroperitoneal space; methods - clinical, clinical laboratory, bacteriological, radiological, endoscopic, hardware, tools, statistics; results - the first time found out relief and topographic anatomical cavity packing bags from a gender perspective, the first time a connection is associated topographic anatomical cavity packing bags and somatotype, the regularities of distribution of purulent-necrotic process infected with acute necrotizing pancreatitis, depending on the localization of foci of necrosis in the pancreas and topographic anatomical cavity packing bags, designed and put into practice a new way of retroperitoneal drainage with necrotic infected complications of acute necrotizing pancreatitis, proved the effectiveness of the proposed method of drainage; branch – medicine.
